AVOIDING PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism is one of the most complex and serious problem fced by most of students.  It is an act of using someone else's work or ideas as your own with or without their agreement, by incorporating it into your work.Below, I'll state some actions that are considered as plagiarism.

  • Turning in someone else's work as your own
  • Copying words or ideas from someone else without giving credit
  • Failing to put a quotation in quotation marks
  • Giving incorrect information about the source of a quotation
  • Changing words but copying the sentence structure of source without giving credit
Plagiarism should be avoided by all students because it may cause bad effects to themselves.There are so many ways to prevent plagiarism from happening among students. 

HOW TO PREVENT PLAGIARISM?

The first thing you have to do is to start paraphrasing. These step below can help you to paraphrase.
  1. Replace words by using synonyms
  2. Make sure that the meaning is as same as the original one
  3. Use method (active to passive/passive to active) in sentence
     e.g.(ACTIVE TO PASSIVE):
The second thing you can do to avoid plagiarism is referencing. Referencing is an act that include a reference page or page of work cited at the end of your paper. You guys can take a look on how to do references at the picture below.
CALCULATING GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA)
GPA refers to the calculated average of the letter grades a student earns in each semesters from 0 to 4.0 scale. Every students will receive their GPA based on the grades that they gained in all of their courses during that semester. Here's the way to count GPA:

CALCULATING CUMULATIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE(CGPA)

FAILURE AND DISMISSAL
Students with extremely unsatisfactory academic performance can be dismissed from their studies. The status of Dismissed (D) that can be given to students include:
